Housekeeping needs to be more consistent in cleaning rooms and common areas!!! The hallway carpets could use a thorough steam cleaning as well!!! Key card issues certainly must be addressed to avoid frustrating guests!!!

Breakfast with fresh pressed juices, smoothies, turkey sausage. Nice building and rooms with bathtub. Unbeatable location, just a walk down to everywhere.

Really good Stay with Excellent Service
I was actually surprised by the amazing attention to detail from the staff. The conference room we rented was immaculate, perfectly set for our dinner party. David Burnett's team ensured everything ran smoothly and on time. Highly recommend for events or a business stay!

Place was well appointed and exceptionally comfortable, appreciated the stay.
The breakfast was great, a huge variety of great food. Booked a room with bathtub. Location: the hotel was just next door to chain restaurants and outskirts of Memphis and the race track.

The location is ideal for accessing shopping and dining options nearby. The bed and sofa were particularly comfortable, great for restorative rest after a busy day. I appreciated the range of TV channels available, made the downtime enjoyable.
